Are Package Mint poly mailers recyclable?

Yes, our poly mailers can be recycled, but you have to put in a little extra work ;) Just like plastic bags from the grocery store- you have to find a designated recycling center for them. Mailers should be empty of tissue paper or other items and labels removed. Find a local recycling center by visiting https://bagandfilmrecycling.org/view/fdod

What size poly mailer do I need?

Can you make custom mailers for my business?

Yes, we would love to! Please visit this link for more information. 

Can you make custom tape for my business?

At this time, we do not offer custom tape.

What does "Presale" mean on a product?

Presale items are available for purchase before we receive the actual items. This gives you a chance to order a new product before it is officially released! You'll be first in line when they arrive and don't have to worry about missing out on a product you love.

How do I sign up for your newsletter?

I have a problem with my order, what do I do?

Keep calm and email us at hello@packagemint.com 

Don't worry- our customer service team will make it right! 

Where is my sample order? There's no tracking!

In order to keep the cost of samples as low as possible, we mail them with a normal stamp via USPS. They will normally not include a tracking number. You should receive it within 15 days of the item being shipped. If you don't, please reach out to us at hello@packagemint.com and we will help you!

How do I cancel my order?

If your item has not yet shipped, send an email tohello@packagemint.com. If your order has already been marked as shipped, you will need to initiate a return once the product arrives. 

When will I get my refund?

If your order is cancelled prior to shipment, we will process your refund within 4 business days. If you are returning an order that has to be shipped back to us, your refund will not be issued until the item has been received, inspected by our team and cleared for refund. This can take up to several days after receiving the item back. All refunds will be issued via the payment method selected at checkout.

Help! I used the wrong shipping address!

Please email us ASAP with your name, order number, and the correct shipping address. Please note, we ship orders VERY quickly, sometimes even same day. We cannot guarantee address changes.
